Andrew retired as CEO from Lickity Split when he turned 18 Andrew helped build the company in the early 5 years of its growth. (Since Lickity Split is a youth company, retirement is manditory at this age). Andrew is now attending Utah State University where he is working towards a Business Administration degree. He plans to receive an MBA and open a business.

Jen is an extraordinary student. Her academic performance enabled her to skip two grade levels. She has committed herself to tutoring other youth as a community service initiative at her school. Jen is committed to lead the company to new heights in 2010 and 2011 during her reign as Co-CEO.

Roderick, Entrepreneur
Roderick was one of the original Lickity Split youth who came looking for a way to get money to go to the movies. Coming from a poor family, Roderick saw education as a way to help move towards prosperity. It was Roderick and his friends who prompted the birth of the company. (The Lickity Split kids now have the means to get to the movies!) As for Roderick, he graduated from high school last year while earning an Associat's Degree at the same time. At the age of 19 he's a junior in college and plans to be an attorney. He attends Utah State University, San Juan Campus. We're keeping our eye on Roderick...He's an excellent student and we're betting he will be an attorney in the near future.
